The login-recovery information will be sent to you by email. One of the following must apply:

You still have access to the email account registered by your institution
You have previously registered an alternative email address in this portal

Either email address may be used here.
If you have lost access to the email address you were registered with, your institution's administrators can register an alternative email address.
